Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) “Social Marketing for the Common Good”

The University of Minho (Portugal) is hosting a Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) in “Social Marketing for the Common Good” from the 9th to the 31st of October.

This programme, formally endorsed by the European Social Marketing Association (ESMA), is designed to equip future professionals with the skills to develop strategic social marketing initiatives that promote change, inclusion, equity, well-being, and sustainability. The BIP is a blended learning experience that combines mandatory synchronous online sessions with five days of in-person mobility at the University of Minho, in Braga, Portugal.

Students from the University of Minho, School of Economics, Management and Political Science (Portugal), Academy of Fine Arts and Design Katowice University (Poland), Matej Bel University, Faculty of Economics (Slovakia), and National University of Political Studies and Public Administration (Romania) are revolving around a problem-based project linked to a local initiative, which will be developed and presented throughout the program, focusing on Inspiring Citizen Action for Resilient Urban Water Systems.

This BIP is organized by the University of Minho (Portugal) by the professors Beatriz Casais, Ana Maria Soares and Lìgia Pinto. The tutors of the partner universities are Silvia Raluca, from National University of Political Studies and Public Administration (Romania), Katarína Vitalisova, from Matej Bel University, Faculty of Economics (Slovakia), and Piotr Jaskula from the Academy of Fine Arts and Design Katowice University (Poland).
